Die Vorlage ist der eigentliche Hebel: Sie sagt der KI, wie sie mit dem Input umgeht, wo sie nachfragen muss und wie das Ergebnis strukturiert wird.
Drei Aufgaben einer Vorlage
Was ist wichtig, was wird ignoriert, wie wird verdichtet?
Welche Informationen fehlen — und wie fragt die KI danach?
Welche Abschnitte hat das fertige iDoc, in welcher Reihenfolge?
Warum Punkt 2 den Unterschied macht
Ohne Rückfragen müsste die KI Lücken überspielen. Mit Rückfragen entsteht ein Interview: Sie liefern, was Sie wissen; die Vorlage sorgt dafür, dass das Fehlende erfragt statt erfunden wird. Genau daher kommt der Produktname.
Praxisfolge: Eine gute Vorlage macht auch ungeübte Nutzer produktiv — sie müssen nicht wissen, wie man einen guten Prompt schreibt. Die Vorlage weiß es.
Vorlagen sind Ihr Werkzeug
Unter Vorlagen finden Sie die mitgelieferten Vorlagen und können eigene anlegen, bestehende duplizieren, bearbeiten oder an die Bibliothek anheften (angeheftete Vorlagen erscheinen auf der Startseite als Schnellstart).
Neben Dokument-Vorlagen gibt es Folienvorlagen für Präsentationen.
Ausblick
Vorlagen werden derzeit um Skills und Agenten erweitert. Geplant sind außerdem Workflows und zeitgesteuerte Auto-Prompts — etwa, um iDocs aus Web-Quellen automatisch aktuell zu halten.

The template is the real lever: it tells the AI how to handle the input, where it must ask back and how the result is structured.
Three jobs of a template
What matters, what is ignored, how is it condensed?

Why point 2 makes the difference
Without questions the AI would have to paper over gaps. With questions an interview emerges: you supply what you know; the template makes sure the missing part is asked for rather than invented. That is exactly where the product name comes from.
Practical consequence: a good template makes even inexperienced users productive — they don't need to know how to write a good prompt. The template knows.
Templates are your tool
Under Template gallery you find the supplied templates and can create your own, duplicate existing ones, edit them or pin them to the library (pinned templates appear on the home page as a quick start).
Besides document templates there are Slide templates for presentations.
Outlook
Templates are currently being extended with skills and agents. Also planned are workflows and scheduled auto-prompts — for instance to keep iDocs from web sources automatically up to date.
