Was es ist

Der Präsenz-Channel bildet Veranstaltungen vor Ort ab — mit einem Ort (Location) statt eines Meeting-Links. So laufen Präsenz- und Hybrid-Formate über dieselbe Buchung und denselben Kalender wie digitale Sessions.

Troubleshooting

Kein Ort auswählbar.

Locations müssen als Admin gepflegt sein (Recht Locations Management).

Teilnehmer suchen einen Online-Link.

In den Details klarstellen, dass es ein Präsenztermin ist, und die Adresse/Anfahrt angeben.

Not everything is digital: the on-site channel for events at a real location.

What it is

The on-site channel represents events on location — with a location instead of a meeting link. This way on-site and hybrid formats run through the same booking and the same calendar as digital sessions.

Strengths

  • A real location instead of an access link.
  • Same booking, capacity and reminders as with online sessions.
  • Basis for hybrid formats (on-site + stream combinable).

When to use this format

For on-site and hybrid appointments: workshops in the training room, team events, on-site training.

How to set it up

Step by step
  1. Open sessionin the event product (see Create a session).
  2. Choose channel typeOn site (on-site).
  3. Maintain detailsTitle, meeting details per language.
  4. PublishAfter release the session is bookable.

Troubleshooting

No location can be selected.

Locations must be maintained as admin (right Locations Management).

Participants look for an online link.

Make clear in the details that it is an on-site event, and give the address/directions.
