Import & Coursera

Nicht jeder Inhalt muss neu entstehen. Über den Import holen Sie Inhalte aus anderen CAMPUS-Instanzen oder binden externe Kurse (aktuell Coursera) mit einem Deckblatt als Product ein.

Zwei Wege

📦 Import Products

Products aus einer anderen, kompatiblen CAMPUS-Instanz übernehmen — z. B. zentral erstellte Inhalte in einen Mandanten holen.

🎓 Coursera

Externe Coursera-Inhalte verlinken/importieren; CAMPUS legt ein Product mit Deckblatt an. Fortschritt/Katalog kommen von Coursera.

So geht's konkret

  1. Öffnen⚙ → Content → Import Products.
  2. Quelle wählenkompatible Instanz bzw. Coursera-Anbindung.
  3. Auswählenzu importierende Inhalte markieren.
  4. ÜbernehmenImport starten; die Products erscheinen in Ihrer Instanz.
  5. FeinschliffKategorien, Zugriff und Freigabe ergänzen.

Die Coursera-Anbindung nutzt ein hinterlegtes Platform-Konto (Super-Admin-Ebene). Programmatisch: API: Integrationen (createCourseraProduct, adminCoursera…).

Worauf achten

  • Kompatibilität der Quell-Instanz sicherstellen.
  • Rechte/Lizenzen externer Inhalte beachten.
  • Nach dem Import prüfen: Kategorien, Sprache, Zugriff.

Troubleshooting

Der Import zeigt keine Quellen.

Anbindung/Platform-Konto prüfen (Super-Admin); Recht Import products Management nötig.

Import & Coursera

Not every piece of content has to be created anew. Via import you fetch content from other CAMPUS instances or embed external courses (currently Coursera) with a cover page as a product.

Two ways

📦 Import Products

Take over products from another, compatible CAMPUS instance — e.g. bring centrally created content into a tenant.

🎓 Coursera

Link/import external Coursera content; CAMPUS creates a product with a cover page. Progress/catalogue come from Coursera.

Step by step

Step by step: importing products
  1. Open⚙ → Content → Import Products.
  2. Choose sourcecompatible instance or Coursera connection.
  3. Selectmark the content to import.
  4. Take overstart the import; the products appear in your instance.
  5. Polishadd categories, access and approval.

The Coursera connection uses a stored platform account (super-admin level). Programmatically: API: integrations (createCourseraProduct, adminCoursera…).

What to watch

  • Compatibility of the source instance ensured.
  • Rights/licences of external content observed.
  • Check after the import: categories, language, access.

Troubleshooting

The import shows no sources.

Check the connection/platform account (super admin); the right Import products Management is required.
