The principle: knowledge automation
Everything in CAMPUS comes down to three steps. Understand this pattern and you understand the platform — and find your way around every module quickly.
Content is created from conversations, files, recordings or web sources — often AI-assisted via the INTERVIEWER module (iDocs).
Content is stored as products, structured with categories and tags, and linked into journeys (learning paths).
AI search, recommendations, the avatar Bryan and personalised learning paths bring each user the right thing at the right moment.
Why this matters to you
The four roles sit at different points along this chain:
- Editors work mainly in capture and curate: they create products and build journeys.
- Admins and super admins set up the machinery that drives delivery — categories, recommendation logic, AI configuration, reward system.
- End users benefit at the end of the chain: they find, learn and apply.
The big difference from classic content management: in CAMPUS, AI partly performs each of these steps itself — from generating a text to a personalised recommendation. That is the “automation” part in knowledge automation.
Next: the map of the app — the three areas you move between.
