Der Beitritt scheitert.

BBB-Konto beim Admin prüfen (Server erreichbar, Kapazität frei). Siehe Plattform-Accounts.

Session ist voll.

Sitzungs-/Teilnehmerlimit des BBB-Kontos erreicht — Kontingent mit dem Admin klären.

Step by step
  1. Open sessionin the event product (see Create a session).
  2. Choose channel typeBigBlueButton.
  3. Maintain detailsTitle, meeting details per language and choose the platform account.
  4. PublishAfter release the session is bookable.

Troubleshooting

Joining fails.

Check the BBB account with the admin (server reachable, capacity free). See Platform accounts.

Session is full.

The session/participant limit of the BBB account is reached — clarify the quota with the admin.
