Was es ist

Webex bindet Cisco-Meetings in CAMPUS ein. Es gibt zwei Spielarten: das normale Meeting und die Training-Session (auf Schulungen zugeschnitten, z. B. mit erweiterten Trainer-Funktionen).

Troubleshooting

Der Webex-Beitritt funktioniert nicht.

What it is

Webex embeds Cisco meetings into CAMPUS. There are two variants: the normal meeting and the training session (tailored to training, e.g. with extended trainer functions).

How to set it up

Step by step
  1. Open sessionin the event product (see Create a session).
  2. Choose channel typeWebex.
  3. Maintain detailsTitle, meeting details per language and choose the platform account.

Troubleshooting

Joining Webex does not work.

Check the Webex account with the admin (valid, capacity). Meeting details stored correctly?

Meeting vs. training confused.

For pure training choose the training session; for general appointments the meeting.
