  4. VeröffentlichenNach Freigabe ist die Session buchbar.

Troubleshooting

Teilnehmer kommen nicht ins Meeting.

Teams-Konto beim Admin prüfen (Tenant/Client korrekt); Meeting-Code und -URL kontrollieren.

Kein Teams-Format wählbar.

What it is

The Teams channel embeds a Microsoft Teams meeting. Participants receive a meeting code and access; the connection uses a Teams account (Azure/tenant) stored by the admin.

How to set it up

Step by step
  1. Open sessionin the event product (see Create a session).
  2. Choose channel typeMS Teams.
  3. Maintain detailsTitle, meeting details per language and choose the platform account.
  4. PublishAfter release the session is bookable.

Troubleshooting

Participants cannot get into the meeting.

Check the Teams account with the admin (tenant/client correct); check the meeting code and URL.

No Teams format can be selected.
