Das fertige iDoc verlässt INTERVIEWER — als Dokument zum Weitergeben, wahlweise im Layout Ihrer Organisation.
Exportieren
Oben rechts im iDoc führt Exportieren zum Ausgabeformat. Während der Erzeugung erscheint ein Hinweis („Wird erstellt…“); danach steht die Datei zum Herunterladen bereit. Für PDF gibt es zusätzlich eine PDF-Vorschau.
Mit oder ohne Vorlage
Beim Export in ein Textdokument können Sie eine DOCX-Vorlage wählen:
- Keine Vorlage (Standardstil) — schnelles, neutrales Layout.
- Eigene Vorlage — per Drag-and-drop hochladen, damit das Ergebnis dem Layout Ihrer Organisation entspricht.
Für Präsentationen gibt es den entsprechenden Weg über Folienvorlagen bzw. eine hochgeladene PPTX-Vorlage im AI Studio.
Worauf achten
- Vor dem Export prüfen: Der Export friert den aktuellen Stand ein — ggf. vorher die Version anpinnen.
- Layout testen: Eine neue Vorlage einmal mit einem typischen iDoc gegenprüfen.

Exporting
At the top right of the iDoc, Export leads to the output format. While it is being produced a note appears (“Generating…”); afterwards the file is ready to download. For PDF there is also a PDF preview.
With or without a template
When exporting to a text document you can choose a DOCX template:
- No template (default styling) — quick, neutral layout.
- Your own template — upload by drag-and-drop so the result matches your organisation's layout.
For presentations use slide templates or an uploaded PPTX template in AI Studio.
What to watch
- Check before exporting: the export freezes the current state — consider pinning the version first.
- Test the layout: try a new template once with a typical iDoc.
