Gute Inhalte kosten Zeit — INTERVIEWER verkürzt sie drastisch. Aus Eingaben (hochgeladene Dateien, Web-Quellen, Audioaufnahmen, Notizen) erzeugt es über Vorlagen strukturierte Dokumente (iDocs). Weil sie einer Vorlage folgen, sehen gleichartige Dokumente immer gleich aus.

Vorlagen (Interviewer Templates)
Welche iDoc-Vorlagen zur Verfügung stehen, verwalten Admins unter Einstellungen → Content → Interviewer Templates. Gute Vorlagen sind der Hebel für Konsistenz: Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Redakteure denselben Aufbau erzeugen.
Worauf achten
- Redaktioneller Feinschliff: KI liefert den Rohbau — Fakten, Ton und Freigabe verantworten Sie.
- Vorlagen pflegen: eine schlechte Vorlage vervielfältigt Fehler. Vorlagen aktuell halten.
- Gute Quellen: präzise Eingaben (klare Dateien/Notizen) ergeben bessere iDocs.
Troubleshooting
Das iDoc trifft Inhalt/Struktur nicht.
Vorlage schärfen und bessere Wissensquellen geben; danach neu generieren.
Es fehlt eine passende Vorlage.
Ein Admin legt sie unter Interviewer Templates an — danach steht sie allen Redakteuren zur Verfügung.

INTERVIEWER creates structured documents — the iDocs — from conversations, files and notes. This page shows how iDocs flow into CAMPUS as finished content and how to use this for consistent, fast editorial work.
Why & what
Good content costs time — INTERVIEWER drastically shortens it. From inputs (uploaded files, web sources, audio recordings, notes) it produces structured documents (iDocs) via templates. Because they follow a template, documents of the same kind always look the same.

From iDoc to product
- Create an iDocIn INTERVIEWER, generate and finalise an iDoc from a template (e.g. article, concept).
- AdoptAdopt the finished iDoc as content into a CAMPUS product — directly, without copy & paste.
- Finishing touchesIn the product, add categories, media and access.
- ApprovePublish via the approval workflow.
Alternatively the path via the AI product generator is possible: there iDocs (or files from the Global Storage) serve as a knowledge source from which content and structure arise.
Templates (Interviewer Templates)
Which iDoc templates are available is managed by admins under Settings → Content → Interviewer Templates. Good templates are the lever for consistency: they ensure that all editors produce the same structure.
What to watch
- Editorial finishing touches: the AI delivers the shell — you are responsible for facts, tone and approval.
- Maintain templates: a bad template multiplies errors. Keep templates up to date.
- Good sources: precise inputs (clear files/notes) yield better iDocs.
Troubleshooting
The iDoc doesn’t match the content/structure.
Sharpen the template and provide better knowledge sources; then regenerate.
A suitable template is missing.
An admin creates it under Interviewer Templates — after that it is available to all editors.
