Fortschritt

Nutzer sehen ihren journeyStatus („gestartet" → „abgeschlossen"); jeder erledigte Schritt zählt sichtbar. Chapters zeigen erledigte vs. offene Lessons.

Überwachen

Als Editor/Admin verfolgen Sie, wer wo steht (API: journeyUsers) — so erkennen Sie Abbruchstellen und bessern gezielt nach.

Abschluss belohnen

So geht's konkret
  1. Belohnung wählenEin Zertifikat oder Badge als Abschluss.
  2. VerknüpfenAn das Erreichen des letzten Schritts koppeln.
  3. TestenAbschluss mit Testkonto auslösen und prüfen.

Worauf achten

  • Zertifikat dort, wo ein Nachweis zählt (Compliance).
  • Abbruchstellen beobachten und Inhalte nachschärfen.

Progress

Users see their journeyStatus (“started” → “completed”); every completed step counts visibly. Chapters show completed vs. open lessons.

Monitoring

As an editor/admin you track who is where (API: journeyUsers) — this way you spot drop-off points and improve them specifically.

Reward completion

Step by step
  1. Choose the rewardA certificate or badge as completion.
  2. LinkCouple it to reaching the last step.
  3. TestTrigger and check completion with a test account.
