Warum & was

Nicht jede Frage passt in eine Suchleiste. Bryan sitzt als schwebender Button unten rechts auf jeder Seite und antwortet dialogisch — er kann nachfragen, den Verlauf berücksichtigen und auf passende Inhalte verweisen.

Bryan schöpft aus den hinterlegten Wissensquellen — was dort nicht steht, kann er nicht verlässlich wissen. Welche Quellen und welches Verhalten gelten, richten Admins/Super-Admins ein (siehe KI-Assistant & Knowledge Bases). Geben Sie keine sensiblen Daten preis, die nicht in CAMPUS gehören.

Bryans Antwort ist falsch/veraltet.

Präziser fragen; wenn Inhalte veraltet wirken, dem Team melden — die Wissensquellen werden gepflegt.

Getting good answers

  • Phrase things clearly and with context.
  • Follow up instead of starting over.
  • Internal knowledge reliably: Bryan knows your organisation's configured knowledge sources.

Limits & privacy

Bryan draws on the configured knowledge sources — what isn't in them, he can't reliably know. Which sources and behaviour apply is set up by admins/super admins (see AI assistant & knowledge bases). Don't share sensitive data that doesn't belong in CAMPUS.

Ask more precisely; if content seems outdated, report it to the team — the knowledge sources are maintained.
