Dies ist die kritische Ebene: mandantenweite Grundeinstellungen und Zugänge, die die gesamte Plattform betreffen. Diese Seite ist der Einstieg und die Sicherheitsleitplanke — die Details liegen auf den verlinkten Unterseiten.

Bitte zuerst lesen. Änderungen hier wirken sofort und für alle. Eine falsche Einstellung oder ein geänderter Key kann Funktionen lahmlegen. Ändern Sie nur, was Sie sicher beurteilen — notieren Sie den alten Wert, testen Sie möglichst zuerst auf einer Demo-Instanz, und stimmen Sie sich im Zweifel mit dem CAMPUS-/8s-Team ab.

Warum es diese Ebene gibt

Manche Einstellungen betreffen nicht einen Inhalt oder Nutzer, sondern den ganzen Mandanten: Erscheinungsbild, verfügbare Funktionen, wer sich registrieren darf, wie die KI arbeitet, welche externen Dienste angebunden sind. Diese Hebel bündelt die Super-Admin-Ebene — bewusst getrennt vom Tagesbetrieb der Admins.

Global Settings selbst

Unter Einstellungen → System → Global Settings liegen die mandantenweiten Grundeinstellungen und hinterlegten Schlüssel/Zugänge (z. B. für KI oder Integrationen). Diese Ebene ist ausschließlich für Super-Admins.

Sicheres Vorgehen (immer)

  • Eine Änderung nach der anderen — und danach prüfen.
  • Vorher festhalten, welcher Wert galt (Screenshot/Notiz).
  • Keys nie im Klartext teilen oder in Screenshots zeigen.
  • Möglichst zuerst auf Test-/Demo-Instanz ausprobieren.
  • Rollen sparsam: nicht jeder braucht Super-Admin — siehe Gruppen & Rechte.

Global Settings & System

This is the critical level: tenant-wide base settings and access that affect the entire platform. This page is the entry point and the safety guardrail — the details live on the linked sub-pages.

Please read first. Changes here take effect immediately and for everyone. A wrong setting or a changed key can bring functions to a halt. Only change what you can judge with confidence — note the old value, test on a demo instance first where possible, and when in doubt coordinate with the CAMPUS/8s team.

Why this level exists

Some settings affect not a single piece of content or user, but the entire tenant: appearance, available functions, who may register, how the AI works, which external services are connected. This level bundles those levers for super admins — deliberately separated from the admins' day-to-day operation.

Global Settings itself

Under Settings → System → Global Settings you find the tenant-wide base settings and the stored keys/access (e.g. for AI or integrations). This level is exclusively for super admins.

Safe procedure (always)

  • One change at a time — and check afterwards.
  • Record beforehand which value applied (screenshot/note).
  • Never share keys in plain text or show them in screenshots.
  • Try on a test/demo instance first where possible.
  • Use roles sparingly: not everyone needs super admin — see Groups & rights.
