Profilfelder erweitern die Nutzerdaten um genau die Angaben, die Ihre Organisation braucht — von Abteilung bis Eintrittsdatum. Sie steuern Personalisierung und lassen sich in Restrictions nutzen.

Standardfelder reichen selten. Unter Einstellungen → User → Profile fields definieren Sie zusätzliche Felder. Jedes Feld hat einen Typ, der bestimmt, was eingegeben werden kann — und wie es in Regeln nutzbar ist.

  • Auswertbarkeit: feste Auswahl (Enum/Array) schlägt Freitext, wenn Sie filtern/segmentieren wollen.
  • Datensparsamkeit: nur erheben, was gebraucht wird (DSGVO).
  • Stabile Optionslisten — Umbenennungen wirken überall.

What to watch

  • Analysability: a fixed selection (enum/array) beats free text when you want to filter/segment.
  • Data minimisation: only collect what is needed (GDPR).
